Oklahoma Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef/chuck
    1 c. diced bacon, fried unti crisp
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 cans dark red kidney beans
    3 cans pinto beans
    1 small can green chilies
    1/2 can beer (any type)
    1 Tbsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 c. tomato catsup
    2 c. water
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    5 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 jalapeno or cayenne pepper (optional)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and add onion and pepper.
    Cook until onion is clear.
    Stir in cumin and paprika.
    Cook 5 more minutes.
    In large pot, combine rest of ingredients, except brown sugar.
    Add beef mixture.
    Bring to boil; turn down to simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
    Add brown sugar and simmer 10 more minutes.
