Stir-Fry Chicken With Pea Pods - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 whole chicken breasts, cut into bite size pieces
    1 egg white
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. dry white wine
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    2 Tbsp. lite soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. minced garlic
    1 tsp. ginger
    4 scallions
    1 medium carrot
    1 stalk celery
    8 oz. can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 pkg. thawed pea pods (snow peas)
Preparation
    Marinate skinned, boned chicken breasts in egg white, 1 1/2 teaspoons of cornstarch and wine for 20 minutes at room temperature or overnight in fridge.
