Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 c. cornstarch
    1 1/2 c. water
    1 (3 oz.) strawberry Jello
    1 1/2 qt. strawberries, cut in halves
    1 baked and cooled pie crust
    whipped cream (tub or can)
Preparation
    Blend together sugar, cornstarch and water.
    Cook over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
    Add Jell-O and stir to dissolve.
    Cool mixture.
    Add strawberries and pour into baked pie crust.
    Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
    Top with whipped cream before serving.
