Homemade Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. flour
    1 pt. warm water
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    1 tsp. salt
    1/3 to 1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water with 2 pkg. yeast
Preparation
    Make a well with flour then add rest of ingredients and knead. Put in a large greased bowl and let rise to double in size.
    Make into buns.
    Put on greased pan and let rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
