Fresh Peach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh peaches
    1 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 cooked pie crust or graham cracker crust
Preparation
    Mash half of peaches.
    Add sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice. Cook until thick and clear.
    Set aside to cool.
    Slice remaining peaches and fold into cooled mixture.
    Spoon into pie crust.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Chill.
