Pinto Bean Pies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed pinto beans
    1 c. bean soup (pot liquor)
    1 c. pecan pieces
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    4 eggs, beaten
    3 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 sticks melted oleo
    3 uncooked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix beans and soup.
    Add sugar and beat.
    Add eggs and beat. Add oleo; beat.
    Add vanilla, nuts and coconut; mix well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0.
    Makes 3 pies.
