Country French Toast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. eggnog
    4 thick slices French bread
    2 Tbsp. oil
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Pour eggnog into shallow bowl.
    Dip both sides of French bread into eggnog. In large skillet, cook bread in hot cooking oil over medium heat 2 1/2 minutes or until golden.
    Turn bread.
    Cook about 1 1/2 minutes more (add more oil if needed).
    Transfer to serving plate. Sift powdered sugar over toast.
    Yields 2 servings.
