Vegetarian Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (12 oz.) can Shoepeg corn, drained
1 (16 oz.) can French-style green beans, drained
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. sour cream
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 (12 oz.) box Ritz crackers
1/2 c. butter, melted
slivered almonds
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients; pour into 2-quart shallow casserole dish.
Combine crackers, butter and almonds.
Spoon onto top of casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 8.
