Ingredients

5 medium carrots
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh parsley
Preparation

Quarter carrots or cut into small sticks.
Cook carrots in saucepan in a small amount of boiling water for 12 to 15 minutes or just until tender.
Drain and set aside.
