Green Pea Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    chopped celery stalks
    pinch of sugar
    4 heaping Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 pkg. frozen peas
    1 tsp. minced onion flakes
    1 lb. lean bacon, fried crisp
Preparation
    Tear lettuce into bite size pieces.
    Sprinkle celery and onion on top of lettuce.
    Pour frozen peas on top.
    Sprinkle sugar over peas.
    Place crumbled bacon over peas and sugar.
    Dab 4 mounds of mayonnaise on the entire salad.
    Cover and refrigerate 24 hours. Toss immediately before serving.
