Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Dijon mustard
    2 to 4 tsp. white wine
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 lb. chicken
Preparation
    Thin mustard with wine until dipping consistency; set aside. Combine bread crumbs and cheese.
    Dip chicken in mustard mixture and then in crumb mixture.
    Place on greased cookie sheet at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Good hot or cold!
