Sour Cream Pound Cake(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. canola oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
6 egg whites
2 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. fat-free sour cream
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional; this does not increase the fat content)
Preparation

Mix together the oil and 1 cup of sugar.
Add egg whites, flour, soda and baking powder and mix well.
Add vanilla and sour cream.
Pour mixture into tube pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Mix together 1/2 cup of sugar, cinnamon and nuts.
Sprinkle over top of cake batter and cut through with a knife to mix.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until knife inserted in cake comes out clean, approximately 1 hour.
