Golden Parmesan Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 large potatoes
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/3 c. butter or oleo
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Melt butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish.
Peel potatoes.
Cut into quarters the long way.
Combine flour, cheese, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag.
Moisten potatoes with water and shake a few at a time in bag coating them well with the cheese mixture. Place potatoes in one layer in the baking dish.
Sprinkle any leftover cheese mixture over the potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, turning once during baking.
