California Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pot roast
    3/4 c. finely chopped celery
    3/4 c. finely chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
    1 (1 lb.) can whole tomatoes
    1 c. Burgundy wine
Preparation
    Brown meat, celery and onion in salad oil in Dutch oven or other heavy pot.
    Add spaghetti sauce mix, seasoned salt, tomatoes and wine.
    Cook for about 2 1/2 hours.
    Serves sauce in gravy boat.
    Good with noodles or mashed or baked potatoes.
