Sesame-Garbanzo Dip(Serve With Crudites) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. drained canned chickpeas (garbanzo beans)
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sesame seed, toasted and crushed
    2 tsp. Chinese sesame oil
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    In work bowl of food processor, combine all ingredients and process until pureed; transfer to serving bowl.
    Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
