Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. old bread
    1 c. hot water
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
    1/2 c. raisins, seedless
    1/2 can evaporated milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 heaping tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Bake in moderate oven for 45 to 60 minutes.
