Ingredients

1 can pinto beans (with jalapenos)
1 can hominy
1 can Ro-Tel
2 cans stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 pkg. Ranch party dip mix
1 lb. ground beef
Preparation
-
Brown and drain the meat.
Do not drain any juice from the can.
Add everything to the pot.
Turn on high, then low to simmer for about 45 minutes.
Serve with shredded cheese and guacamole.
