Chicken Rice Pilaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. long grain rice
    1/3 c. olive oil
    1 c. broccoli flowerets
    1 c. cooked chicken breast (boneless)
    1/4 c. diced peppers
    2/3 c. thin spaghetti
    3 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. thyme
    1/2 c. scallions
    1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
    Mix rice and spaghetti together and saute in olive oil.
    Add 3 cups chicken stock.
    Add thyme, chicken, walnuts, scallions and peppers.
    Simmer 15 minutes.
