Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. butter or oleo, melted
    1 1/2 c. washed blueberries
Preparation
    Sift flour, baking powder, salt and sugar.
    Add the next 3 ingredients and mix only until dry ingredients are dampened.
    Fold in berries.
    Spoon into greased or lined muffin pans, filling 2/3 full.
    Sprinkle with sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes. These are Stephanie's favorite.
