Kentucky Corn Bread(Unsweetened) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. corn meal
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. bacon drippings (or melted butter)
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
    Add buttermilk and beaten egg.
    Stir only enough to moisten dry ingredients.
    Heat two 8-inch cast iron skillets in the oven.
    Pour enough bacon grease (or melted butter) in each skillet to moisten and coat them (don't put too much in).
    Pour half of prepared batter into each skillet. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 20-25 minutes, until golden on top.
    May use glass baking dish instead of cast iron skillet.
