Antipasto - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. green beans
    1 qt. carrots
    1 qt. cauliflower
    1 qt. celery
    1 qt. cucumbers
    1 qt. green peppers
    1 qt. green tomatoes
    1 qt. red tomatoes
Preparation
    Cut vegetables into bite size pieces.
    Place in separate bowls or pans. Salt these and let stand for 5 hours.
    Vegetables are cooked separately all in the same water until half tender.
