Rice And Clams - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter or margarine
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 c. raw rice
    2 c. water or chicken broth
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2/3 c. ripe olives, chopped
    7 oz. can minced clams (with liquid)
Preparation
    Place
    all
    ingredients in crock-pot.
    Stir well.
    Cover and cook on
    high
    1
    hour,
    then low for 4 to 6 hours.
    Or, in oven for 1 hour at 375\u00b0 or until rice is cooked.
