Garden Patch Marinade - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. V-8 vegetable juice
    1/4 c. salad oil
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 (about 0.6 oz.) pkg. Italian flavored salad dressing
    2 c. cauliflowerets
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. diced zucchini
    1/2 c. green pepper squares
Preparation
    In shallow dish, combine first 4 ingredients.
    Add vegetables. Toss to coat.
    Cover.
    Chill 4 hours or more.
    Stir often.
    Makes 4 cups.
    Yields 8 servings.
