No-Peek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box Uncle Ben's long grain wild rice
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 bag onion soup mix
6 to 8 pieces boned chicken breast or thighs
Preparation

Lightly grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix together rice, soups, water, and parsley.
Place chicken parts on rice and soup mixture. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chicken.
Seal pan with foil.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
