Chicken Enchiladas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 flour tortillas
3 Tbsp. oil
1 small onion, chopped
4 oz. cream cheese
10 oz. enchilada sauce
2 c. Cheddar cheese
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Fry tortillas in hot oil 30 seconds per side.
Set aside.
Cook pieces chicken breasts in skillet.
Add chopped onion.
Cook until tender.
Mix in cream cheese; cook until melted.
Remove from heat.
Fill each tortilla with equal portions of chicken mixture.
Roll tortillas and place in ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cover with enchilada sauce and Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted, approximately 20 minutes.
