Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 egg
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. chopped peppers

Preparation

Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs.
Roll in bread crumbs and fry until brown.
