Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) box chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 large onion, chopped
    2/3 c. small curd cottage cheese
    3 eggs
    1 stick butter or margarine, melted
    1 dash Texas Pete hot sauce
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preparation
    Mix broccoli, onion, cottage cheese, eggs, butter or margarine and hot sauce; fold in corn muffin mix; blend well. Pour into a well greased 8 x 8 pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 - 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm.
