Mes-Tex - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 celery stalks, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, diced
    1 can cheese or nacho cheese soup
Preparation
    Saute and cook beef with onion, celery and bell pepper.
    When done, add tomatoes and soup.
    Stir until hot and blended.
    Serve over taco chips.
    Serves 4 to 6.
