Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fruit (if fresh, add 1/2 c. sugar)
1 stick butter
3/4 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. butter flavor (optional)
Preparation

Melt 1 stick of butter in casserole dish.
Place fruit over melted butter.
Do not stir.
Mix together the remaining ingredients.
Pour the mixture over the fruit.
Again do not stir. Bake at 425\u00b0 for about 23 minutes.
