Reuben Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cooked shredded corned beef or 1 can corned beef
    1/2 c. rolled oats
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
    1 egg
    1/4 c. Thousand Island dressing
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine beef, oats, egg, onion, dressing, salts and pepper in large bowl.
    Mix well.
    Press mix into bottom and sides of 9-inch pie plate.
    Microwave on High 5 minutes, rotating plate once. Combine sauerkraut, caraway and cheese.
    Spoon over meat evenly. Microwave on High, uncovered, 4 to 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
    Let stand 5 minutes.
