Ham Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground ham
    2 lb. ground pork
    4 eggs, beaten slightly
    3/4 c. soft bread crumbs
    3/4 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. milk
    dash of pepper (if desired)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together well.
    Put mixture into two 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans.
    Make glaze and spread on ham loaves.
    Mix 4 teaspoons prepared mustard and 1/2 cup brown sugar.
    Pour over loaves, covered with glaze, 2/3 cup pineapple juice.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0, basting if necessary.
