Sour Cream Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
2 c. diced tart apples (about 2 apples)

Preparation

Mix together cream, sugar, flour, salt, vanilla and eggs.
Add apples and pour into an 8-inch pie shell.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
