Beef Hash - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (12 oz.) cans Armour roast beef
1 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. sage
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. hot pepper pod
Preparation

Cut beef crosswise, real fine.
Makes about 3 cups (or you may use leftover beef roast).
Add chopped onion, sage, water and desired amount of hot pepper pod, to taste.
Cook until onions turn clear and hash is fairly dry.
