Lasagna Roll-Ups - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (30 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
    1 (15 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 (10 oz.) box frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Prepare lasagna noodles per package directions; drain.
    In medium bowl, combine egg, Ricotta cheese, spinach and Parmesan cheese.
    Spread cheese mixture equally on lasagna noodle strips; roll up each strip.
    Spread 1 cup sauce in bottom of 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Arrange lasagna rolls seamside down in sauce.
    Pour remaining sauce over lasagna and top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes.
