Cold Spaghetti Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. thin spaghetti
    1/2 c. cottage cheese
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    salt
    pepper
    4 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. honey
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil and honey.
    Set aside. Cook spaghetti; drain and rinse in cool water.
    Add spaghetti to large bowl.
    Add sauteed onion and garlic, cottage cheese, salt and pepper to taste and a few tablespoons of olive oil.
    Gently mix.
    Chill and serve cool.
