Bacon And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices thick sourdough bread, take off crust
8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
12 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled in large pieces
8 to 10 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
freshly ground pepper to taste
1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
Preparation

Arrange half of the bread in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Then layer on the bacon, half of the cheese, the rest of the bread, then the rest of the cheese.
Beat together with a wire whisk eggs, milk and seasonings.
Pour over bread, then drizzle melted butter over the top.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
Cut into serving size pieces and serve with tossed green salad.
