Spinach Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. Ricotta cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    8 oz. grated Cheddar
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. onion salt
    1 tsp. dill
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/4 lb. sauteed mushrooms
    1 tiny chopped onion
    1/2 green pepper, diced
Preparation
    Defrost spinach; drain and squeeze out all water.
    Combine and mix all ingredients.
    Pour into deep 9-inch pie plate, slightly oiled.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Last 5 minutes, dab top with 2 pats of butter.
