Cheddar-Broiled Tomatoes(Serves 4) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. flour
1 c. nonfat milk
1 tsp. original Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
10 drops yellow food coloring
8 broiled tomato halves
chopped parsley (for garnish)
Preparation

Toss together cheese and flour; set aside.
Heat together milk, Worcestershire, mustard, garlic salt and food coloring in saucepan.
Turn heat to low; add cheese, stirring until cheese is melted.
For each serving, pour 1/2 cup sauce over 2 tomato halves.
Garnish with parsley.
