Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 sticks oleo or butter
4 eggs
1 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. vanilla
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. nuts (optional)

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
