Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 lemons
1 pt. heavy cream
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation

Beat egg whites with salt and cream of tartar until stiff.
Add 1 cup sugar, a little at a time.
Spread in buttered 9-inch pie plate.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
Cool.
