Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 to 3 lb.) chicken (frying)
1 (No. 2) can chunk pineapple
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 c. chopped celery
1 chopped green pepper
salt and pepper
paprika
3 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, salt, pepper and paprika.
Roll pieces of chicken in mixture.
Fry in oil until brown.
Cover and let simmer.
Put pineapple chunks, celery and shredded pepper under chicken and simmer 5 minutes.
Mix juice of pineapple, cornstarch mixture, brown sugar and soy sauce.
Pour over chicken, bring to boil and simmer 20 minutes (more for flavor).
Serve with rice (2 or 3 cups cooked).
