Paddle Wheel Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. flour (plain)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 stick margarine
1 lb. 13 oz. can sliced peaches (including syrup)
Preparation

Melt margarine in 9-inch baking dish in 350\u00b0 oven.
Mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt; gradually add milk.
Mix well. Slowly pour flour mixture over melted margarine in baking dish. Do not stir.
Spoon fruit, including syrup, over flour mixture. Do not stir.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
