Raised Waffles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 3/4 c. lukewarm milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter, softened
    1/4 c. warm water
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    In large mixer bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Add remaining
    ingredients;
    beat
    until smooth.
    Cover.
    Let rise in warm
    place
    1
    1/2 hours.\tStir down batter.
    Cover again; let rise
    again for 1 hour or refrigerate 8 to 12 hours (overnight). Stir
    down\tbatter.
    Pour
    from
    cup
    or pitcher into center of hot waffle iron.
    Makes about 8 (7-inch) waffles.
