Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope of Lipton Onion Recipe soup mix
2 lbs. of all-purpose potatoes, cut into large chunks
1/3 c. olive or vegetable oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large plastic bag, place all ingredients.
Close bag and shake until all potatoes are evenly coated.
Empty potatoes into a shallow baking or roasting pan.
