Ham-Dijon Pasta Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) pkg. refrigerated rigatoni, uncooked
2 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1 carrot, scraped and thinly sliced
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 (8 oz.) carton plain low-fat yogurt or nonfat sour cream alternative
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
lettuce leaves
Preparation

Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Rinse with cold water; drain.
Combine pasta and next 4 ingredients.
Set aside.
