Hamburger Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground hamburger meat
1 medium onion, finely chopped
32 oz. Ragu spaghetti sauce (with mushrooms and onions)
1/3 c. water
3 to 4 potatoes, sliced
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Preparation

Brown beef and onion.
Mix the remaining ingredients.
Pour mixture with meat. Stir.
In casserole bowl, put spoon of meat mixture and layer with thin slices of potatoes.
Alternate meat and potatoes, ending with meat on top.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Take out and uncover.
Put 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese on top and melt.
