Buttermilk Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/2 c. catsup
    3/4 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. prepared mustard
    1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
    flour
Preparation
    Mix ground beef with egg.
    Add remaining ingredients except flour in order listed; mix well.
    Form into loaf.
    Place in baking pan. Rub small amount of flour on top of loaf. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until done.
    Yields 6 servings.
