Nacho Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 (12 oz.) jar chunky salsa
    1 c. frozen corn, drained and thawed
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 c. crushed nacho chips, divided
    2 c. shredded Colby cheese
    shredded lettuce
    chopped tomato
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Brown meat and onion; drain.
    Stir in salsa, corn, mayonnaise and chili powder.
    Layer half of meat mixture,
    chips and cheese in a 2-quart casserole.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake for 20 minutes or until heated through.
    Top with lettuce and chopped tomato before serving.
    Serves
    6.
