Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. mild sausage
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
6 pieces bread, toasted and cubed
3/4 tsp. mustard
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Fry and drain sausage, keeping it broken up.
Grease casserole.
Mix bread and sausage on bottom of casserole.
Beat and mix all other ingredients and pour on top of mixture.
Let sit overnight.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Add grated cheese topping after first 15 minutes.
This is good just served with fresh fruit and coffee.
