Chicken-Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. wide noodles
    1 stick oleo
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper
    1 can peas, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 lb. Velveeta
Preparation
    Saute onion and bell pepper in oleo.
    First cook chicken (save broth).
    Bone and skin chicken.
    Cut in bite size pieces.
    Cook noodles in broth.
    Mix all together until cheese is slightly melted.
    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan at 350\u00b0 for about 30 minutes.
